Our Team
Elisa Fleischer
Principal Designer Elisa is the founder of Space Oasis Interiors, with a lifelong foundation rooted in art, color, and creative expression. Influenced early on by her grandmother, Helga Jean, an eccentric and prolific artist known for immersive, floor-to-ceiling works, Elisa developed a deep appreciation for how environments shape experience.
From a young age, Elisa demonstrated a natural instinct for transforming spaces—whether through painting, reimagining her own surroundings, or thoughtfully curating the environments around her. That instinct evolved into a design approach centered on enhancing what already exists, helping clients see new potential within their homes.
In her early career, Elisa launched a design service focused on reworking interiors using clients’ existing furnishings and artwork—refining layouts, introducing color, and elevating the overall aesthetic. Her work consistently delivered impactful results, often transforming how clients felt about their homes without the need for full renovation.
Elisa’s greatest strength lies in her ability to understand her clients on a deeper level. Rather than imposing a signature style, she translates each client’s vision into a cohesive, personalized environment that reflects who they are and how they live.
Prior to establishing her business in St. Petersburg, Elisa spent nearly a decade working alongside renowned Naples-based designer Judith Liegeois. During this time, she refined her technical expertise and developed a disciplined, detail-oriented design process.
Elisa believes that thoughtfully designed spaces have a profound impact on well-being. Through Space Oasis Interiors, she is committed to creating environments that feel both elevated and deeply personal—true sanctuaries tailored to each client.
Interior Designer Peter J Antanelis
Peter’s fascination with beauty and aesthetics paved the way for him to work as an Interior Designer. With his eighteen years of experience, he has worked in many facets of the design world including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, project management, and residential & commercial design to name a few. He credits this extensive background and experience for making him the designer he is today. Peter, being a New York Metro Area transplant, also credits his time working in the saturated design/fashion world of Manhattan for his high-end style and taste level .
A self-proclaimed epicurean, Peter’s love for luxury and “the finer things in life” comes through in all his projects. He has a keen eye for detail and loves solving interior design problems, making him an outstanding designer. He prides himself on being able to see what others cannot, thinking outside the box and designing beautiful, functional spaces for all his clients.
When Peter is not designing his next show stopping project you can find him dining out with friends, enjoying time at the beach, or walking the city of St. Pete with his Cavalier King Charles, Jasper John.
